Maltodextrin and minerals in order to have energy during endurance workouts.
Sali+ is a mixture of carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose), vitamins and minerals which are dissolved in water, in order to obtain energy drink suitable for rapid rebalancing of hydro-saline. The choice of fructose and maltodextrin resides in the fact that these contribute to the level of glucose in the blood to be lower than that of sucrose (sugar) or glucose. In addition, as suggested by research, the intake of a combination of fructose and maltodextrin, has led to an increase in the rate of carbohydrate oxidation by 40%, hence a better performance of endurance is achieved. Addition of vitamins and minerals supports the normal-operation of the energy metabolism (vitamin C, and magnesium), help a regular muscle function (potassium and magnesium), have anantioxidant (vitamin C) and support the immune system potentially weakened by workouts and competitions (vitamin C and vitamin B6).
